How do I update the availability calendar for my products?

Self-service Guide

Using our self-service Availability tool, you can control the dates you want to block on any product – including on the option level. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Pelago's Provider Portal

  2. Click on the "Availability" dropdown tab and select "Block Dates"

  3. Click on the "+ Add Blocked Dates" button

  4. Add your desired block out dates

    1. Pick your product and relevant options. You can only block out one product and its options at a time. As such, each product requires a new entry to be created.

    2. Choose your desired Start and End dates.

    3. Add reasons in the "Notes" field. While this is optional, providing the reasons helps us to understand better your operations and we may share them with the customers, if necessary.​

  5. Click "SAVE" and the blocked out period will appear in chronological order from the top of the Availability page.

Can I block out certain time slots?

It is currently not possible to block out selected time slots on a product/option level.

How do I adjust my operating schedule?

Please reach out to us for any changes to your operating hours or schedules.

Is this available in calendar view?

Blocked out periods appear in chronological order from the top of the Availability home page. There is currently no Calendar View functionality in the Provider Portal. You can select the block out dates from a calendar dropdown when creating an entry.
