Where to find customer's information

The customer's contact details can be retrieved once bookings are confirmed through the Provider Portal via the "Booking Information" section.

Email Communication Tool

You can use the Email Communication tool in Pelago Provider Portal which enables you to send out email communications directly to your customers or event attendees.

You can create and customise messages to include all the necessary information required, then send them to individual customers, or send out announcements in bulk to multiple customers at once.


Suggested use cases

  • Sending pre-activity reminders and things to prepare

  • Confirming tour pickup time and location

  • Requesting additional booking-related information from customers

  • Communicating weather-related changes / cancellations

Important Notes

  • Please do not send unsolicited or marketing information to the customers.

  • Once sent, the emails cannot be redacted or undone.

  • There is currently no functionality to view outbox or past logs of messages
    after they are sent (we’re working on bringing this to you soon!). Please
    make sure to add your email address in the ‘Send a copy of this to’ field to
    be CC'd in the email.
