How do I redeem a voucher?

Log in to the Provider Portal

Check the information on the voucher and verify that the number of customers on the booking matches the number of people who turned up. Do note that the entire group should be present at entry as partial redemption is not allowed.

Hold your camera over the Pelago QR code on the product voucher.

Alternatively, you can manually enter the Voucher Number. This voucher number is located below the QR code
