What is lead time?

Lead time refers to the earliest availability of the product from this moment.

Customers love getting immediate booking confirmation as it guarantees the activity for them.

  • For bookings that can be accepted automatically and immediately, the lead time should be set as 0 hours.

  • If you need time to verify or check your schedule/ logistics etc. before accepting the booking, you can set a longer lead time of 24 hours.

Keep your lead time as short as possible to give your customers quicker confirmation and allow them to book closer to the activity time.
