How do I find/view my bookings on the Provider Portal.

Easily search for bookings via booking ID, or customer name.

You can also view your bookings by toggling between their booking statuses:

  • All: all bookings

  • Pending: bookings that need to be manually confirmed by you. Once accepted, they will become confirmed.

  • Confirmed: bookings that are coming up and payment has been successful.

  • Fulfilled: bookings that customers have participated in and redeemed by you via the QR code or voucher ID.

  • Rejected by provider: manual bookings that have been rejected by you.

  • Rejected by the system: manual bookings that were auto-rejected by the system after 24 hours.

  • Cancelled by customer: bookings that have been cancelled by your customer.

  • Cancelled by provider: bookings that have been cancelled by you.

  • Failed: bookings where customer payment has failed.
