What is cut-off time?

Updated over 4 months ago

Cut-off time refers to the time of the day where you stop accepting new bookings for the next available day. After the stated time, customers will not be able to book the product for the next day.

For example, assume you have a lead time of 1 day. If your cut-off time is set at 3:00PM, you will be able to accept bookings for tomorrow up till 3:00PM today.

Setting your cut-off time as late as possible allows your customers to book closer to the activity time. This gives them greater flexibility in their planning with more options to choose from. In other words, it maximises the revenue opportunity for you!
