How do payouts work?
An initial draft Sales Report will be sent to you on the 3rd calendar day of each month.
Important: Please check the transactions and amount payable. If there are any discrepancies, please reach out to us within 3 working days.
If no adjustments are required, this report will be considered accepted.
The final Sales Report will be sent to you on the 10th calendar day of the month. It will reflect the final amount payable, taking into consideration any adjustments flagged to us.
Monthly payout processed on the 15th calendar day of the month (if this falls on a public holiday or the weekend, payout will be on the following working day).
Note: If adjustments needed are not resolved in time for payout on the 15th, payout will be made on the 4th Friday of the month.
Payouts are made by bank transfer to the account provided. You will be paid in the currency indicated on your contract. The Payee Reference field reflected on your bank statement will be in the following format: "Pelago MMMYY bookings" (e.g. "Pelago Oct20 bookings”).
Sales Report
The Sales Report contains details of all bookings that will be paid to you in the stated period (e.g. Month of October).
You will receive payouts for any completed bookings with an activity date that falls within that month (booking status reflects “Fulfilled” and “Confirmed”).
* Note: If you have no bookings for a particular month, you will not receive a Sales Report for that month.
If you would like to update the email address that is receiving this Sales Report, please reach out to us.
Tax Invoice (only applicable to Singapore)
Pelago is required to issue a valid tax invoice to our GST-registered providers as we are a GST-registered company in Singapore.
This monthly tax invoice reflects the commission payable for bookings completed in the previous month. This document will be sent to you on the 25th calendar day of each month.
Please note that you are not required to make any payment to Pelago.
If your company is GST registered, the tax invoice serves as a supporting document for your company to claim input tax (GST 7%) from IRAS.
If your company is not GST registered, the tax invoice is simply for your records and no further action is required on your end.
For your final amount payable, please always refer to the monthly Sales Reports.
Should you have any questions about the Tax Invoice, please reach out to us.
