Business Owner Email: Correspondences related to your overall performance on Pelago, product quality, marketing programs and initiatives, contracts, etc. will be sent here. This is also the same user ID used for logging-in to the Provider Portal. Only one recipient is allowed.
Sales Report Email: Your monthly sales report will be sent here. Multiple recipients are allowed.
Notification Email: Correspondences related to day-to-day bookings come here. Examples of notifications include booking confirmation, cancellation, special requests, change requests etc. Multiple recipients are allowed.
You can view the contact email addresses via the "Setup" section on the Provider Portal. If you would like to update the contact and email notification details (Sales Report or Notification Emails), please reach out to us.
To protect and secure your business, only the Provider User is authorised to request changes to these details.
