I have difficulties redeeming a voucher.

If you have difficulties scanning the QR code or inputting the voucher number, the voucher may have already been redeemed or is invalid.

You can let the customer know that there has been an error and ask if they would like to continue with the experience. If yes, they can pay you directly.

  • For iPhone users, please only the Safari browser.

  • For Android users, redemption works best with Chrome.
