Provider Users can view your business-related information (e.g. Company Legal Name, Registration Number) within the "Account" section on the Provider Portal.
You can also find your Provider ID there. This number is your identifier for Pelago internally and you can provide this number in all your communication to speed up the identification process.
If you'd like to update your details, please reach out to us. Please attach the relevant supporting documents such as Company Registration documents (if applicable) for verification.
To protect and secure your business, only the Provider User is authorised to request changes to these details.
