How do I view or update bank account details?

View Bank Account Details

For Provider Users, you can view your bank account details in the "Account" section within the Provider Portal. Staff users are not permitted to view these details.

Update Bank Account Details

For bank account detail changes, updates may take up to a week due to more security steps involved. Please note that for bank account details updated before the 15th day of the month, payments may still be paid to the current bank account.

Should you need to change the bank account details, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
